| BOOKING
PROCEDURE |

| 1.
Once you have made your decision to charter the vessel, please contact
us by e-mail,
fax or phone,
specify type of boat, dates & other details, and after receiving
your enquiry we will inform you about boat availability, current
prices, discounts, etc. |

| 2.
If you accept our quotation and offer, we will fax or e-mail Charter
contract invoice and put tentative "hold" on the boat.
Your tentative reservation will be held 7 days for receipt of your
40% deposit. During the "hold" period another charterer
cannot book the boat. Should it be necessary to extend this period,
please contact us as we will try to extend it. |

| 3.
Upon receipt of the deposit your reservation will be confirmed and
we will mail you three signed copies of our Charter Contract. All
copies should be signed by you, then please return our two copies
as soon as possible. |

| 4.
4. The balance of charter fee is due 4 weeks prior to your
departure date.. |
