Catch of squids
(calamari) is most common during the night,
although it is also possible to carry it out during
the daylight (but in bigger sea depths). Calamari
are being caught with bait-imitators from an anchored
boat and commonly with an additional light source
(lantern or underwater lamp) or with a hand-troll.
Fishing with hand-troll is carried out on shallow
and sloped surfaces with mixed grass and sand, and
perhaps it is the best to assemble the whole system
on a stick. Calamari is a respected delicious food
among people as well as among big predator fish. Accordingly,
live calamari is the best bait for the hand-troll.
